Legacy Score
Every property passes through the same six rigorous checks before it earns a recommendation. From legal title and developer credibility to location, economics, construction, and exit potential, each opportunity is measured against the LEGACY Property Score. The standard never changes, whether it is your first property or your fifth. If an opportunity does not meet the standard, you never see it.

For every property we recommend, you receive the findings behind its score, including the documentation, assessments, and key considerations that inform our recommendation. Most opportunities we review are declined, so what reaches you has already cleared the same demanding standard. You can make your decision with full sight of the facts, knowing that every recommendation has earned its place.

ever see it.
Legal & Title
We trace ownership to the source: registered title, clean transfer history, no competing claims, correct approvals. If the paperwork doesn’t hold, nothing else matters.
Execution Credibility
We examine the developer’s track record: delivered projects, timelines met, quality maintained, disputes resolved. Promises are easy. Delivery is the test.
Growth Corridor
We assess whether the location is appreciating for structural reasons such as infrastructure, demand, and planning, rather than hype. Location fundamentals decide long-term value.
Asset Economics
We test the numbers: pricing against comparables, service charges, true total cost, and whether the deal makes financial sense at this price point for this buyer.
Construction Risk
We confirm the project is physically on track, financed, and unlikely to stall, with progress verified on the ground rather than on paper.
Yield & Exit Strategy
We map how you get your money back: rental potential, resale liquidity, and a realistic exit. An asset you can’t exit isn’t an investment.
